What is The very messy mermaid about?

Twinkletail’s parents love everything neat and tidy, so they plan a perfectly spotless birthday party with no games, friends or cake. But Twinkletail dreams of a proper celebration filled with fun. When her Fairy Godmother calls, Twinkletail makes a secret wish, and the carefully controlled party soon becomes wonderfully messy. With surprises, laughter and plenty of splashing, Twinkletail discovers that the best parties are not always the cleanest ones.
