Percy is taking a group of children home from the seaside when dark clouds gather and a fierce storm begins. Soon, heavy rain floods the railway line, leaving Percy stranded and unable to move. The children must wait patiently while help is found. Luckily, Harold the helicopter spots Percy in trouble and comes to the rescue. With teamwork, courage and a little careful flying, Percy and his passengers are brought safely home after their exciting seaside adventure.
