What is Slawter about?

Grubbs Grady is trying to live a normal life after surviving the Demonata universe, while his uncle Dervish struggles with terrifying nightmares. When a famous horror-film director asks Dervish to advise on a new movie, the pair travel to a deserted town called Slawter, joined by Grubbs and his friend Bill-E. At first, the film set seems exciting, but strange events soon reveal that the town’s dark history may be far more dangerous than anything being staged for the camera.
