What is The accidental billionaire about?

Jasper Spam loves science, even though his experiments usually end with a bang. Then a wonky invention involving a shed, a mallet and a laser beam gives his cat, Rover, the power of speech. The Cat Chat 2000 makes Jasper rich beyond his wildest dreams, and soon he is buying mansions, sports teams and film studios. But when talking cats spread around the world, Jasper discovers that fame and fortune cannot fix every problem his extraordinary invention creates.
