What is The Tesla Trap about?

When the Timekeepers’ watches begin spinning backwards, they know the time pirate DeLay has struck again. Their mission takes them to 1890s New York, where inventor Nikola Tesla is preparing to reveal a remarkable X-ray machine. But DeLay, disguised as Tesla’s rival Thomas Edison, steals the invention and flees through the city.
