What is Flat Stanley Plays Ball about?

Stanley Lambchop joins the rounders team and is keen to show what he can do. Being flat gives him some surprising advantages: he can stretch, slide and reach places other players cannot. Soon, though, some teammates begin to wonder whether it is fair for Stanley to use his unusual shape. As the match gets underway, Stanley must prove that being different does not mean he is breaking the rules. A lively, funny sports adventure about teamwork, fairness and being yourself.
