What is Doctor Proctors Fart Powder about?

When eleven-year-old Nilly moves to a new neighbourhood, he befriends the eccentric Doctor Proctor and clever Lisa. Together, they create a fart powder that makes them popular at school. However, when an industrial-strength version capable of launching people into space is developed, they must protect it from those with sinister intentions.
