Bear wakes early from hibernation and decides to build a snowman. Rabbit, who has never made one, is determined to outdo Bear. However, when an avalanche and a hungry wolf threaten, Rabbit realises the value of friendship and teamwork. Together, they discover that sharing experiences makes them more enjoyable.
