Synopsis

During the Japanese invasion of China in 1941, fourteen-year-old Ashley and his guardian, Uncle Sung, flee across the treacherous Himalayas towards England. After a fierce blizzard separates them, Ashley is rescued by mysterious yetis who accept him as their own. As he adapts to their world, Ashley faces a heart-wrenching decision: remain with the yetis or continue his perilous journey to reunite with his family.
