What do our readers think of Oi Aardvark!? (Generated from the text of reviews of the book)

Children enjoy the funny rhymes, colourful pictures and unusual animals, and many love joining in or guessing what comes next. Some children find the less familiar animal names tricky, while a few feel that the rhymes are not quite as funny as in earlier Oi books.

What does the Pageticker team say about Oi Aardvark!?

We love the lively rhymes, bright illustrations and wonderfully silly animal pairings in this energetic alphabet adventure. It is excellent for reading aloud, inviting children to join in with familiar patterns, guess the next rhyme and discover some unusual creatures. Some of the animal names and wordplay may be more enjoyable alongside adult explanation, especially for younger children, but this does provide some excellent discussion points.
