What is The Lego series by LEGO® about?

Published across the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s, with newer titles continuing into the 2020s, this LEGO-branded series brings together stories, activity books and fact-filled guides inspired by LEGO worlds. Its books move from simple picture-led adventures and puzzles to longer chapter stories, creative building challenges and themed non-fiction, covering subjects such as city life, space, superheroes, fantasy and famous film franchises. The series should appeal to children who enjoy building, visual storytelling, imaginative play and hands-on activities, including reluctant readers who prefer short, accessible sections. Content is generally light-hearted, though some titles feature cartoon peril, battles, villains or mild suspense.
