What is Rich Witch, Poor Witch about?

Twin witches Rita and Rose are as different as can be: Rita is wealthy and charges for her magic, while Rose is poor and helps others freely. When Princess Anna refuses to smile, the king calls on Rita, who conjures tiaras, frocks, and even a pet dragon—all to no avail. It's up to Rose to show that sometimes, the simplest gestures can work the most magic. A delightful tale about kindness and the true source of happiness.
