Winnie and her cat Wilbur visit the museum's dinosaur exhibit, where Winnie dreams of seeing a real dinosaur. Using her magic wand, they travel back to the prehistoric era and encounter a Triceratops. Winnie attempts to sketch the creature but accidentally transports it to the present, causing chaos in the museum. Will they manage to return the dinosaur to its own time?
