Winnie the witch is throwing a Chinese New Year celebration for family and friends, with delicious food, colourful costumes and plenty of fun. Using her magic wand, she creates parade outfits for everyone, but when the celebrations are about to begin, Wilbur the cat disappears. Winnie searches everywhere, determined to find him before the first fireworks light up the sky. With magic, mishaps and a little mystery, Winnie must rescue the party and make sure Wilbur does not miss the festivities.
