Synopsis

Petunia Paris has everything she could ever wish for, from a swimming pool to a bicycle with its own chauffeur. For her fifth birthday, she asks for a talking parrot and receives a scarlet macaw from Peru. However, the parrot refuses to speak, only squawking instead. Petunia tries everything—offering exotic foods, engaging in conversations, playing the piano, and even dressing him up—but nothing works.
