Synopsis

Barry, a unique fish with fingers, introduces his underwater friends to the joys of tickling and playing hide-and-seek. When Puffy hides in a dark shipwreck and encounters a hairy monster, Barry bravely investigates. He discovers that the 'monster' is actually Colin the seahorse, who simply needs a haircut. Barry helps Colin, and together they all enjoy a fun-filled pirate party, learning that things aren't always as scary as they seem.
