Young giantess Jumbeelia, fascinated by tales of 'iggly plops' (humans) and beanstalks, grows her own and descends to the human world. There, she captures siblings Colette, Stephen, and Poppy Jones, taking them back to her giant realm as playthings. Trapped in a dollhouse, the Jones children must use their wits to navigate the dangers of the giant world and find a way home.

Julia Donaldson is a much-loved British author who has written many wonderful books for children. She is best known for creating 'The Gruffalo', a story about a clever mouse and a magical creature. Julia often works with illustrator Axel Scheffler to bring her fun and imaginative stories to life.
