Jessie and her dad are preparing for the allotment's Open Day, but the scorching summer has left their vegetables wilted. When a mysterious stray cat appears, gardener Honeysuckle claims it's a Rain Cat from Thailand. Jessie, longing for a pet, joins in pampering the feline and composing poems to summon rain. The other gardeners are doubtful—until the rain begins, and doesn't stop!
