What is Octopants: The Missing Pirate Pants about?

Pufferfish's favourite pirate pants have vanished! Determined to find them, he teams up with Octopants and Turtle, embarking on a lively undersea quest. Their search leads them to the Lobster Laundry, Mermaid's Hair salon, and Mussel's Fitness Club, but the pants are nowhere to be found.
