What is Beware! Killer Tomatoes about?

Jack's in a pickle! After a supermarket stunt involving a towering tomato display goes awry, he lands in hospital with a broken leg. Convinced the police are after him for causing chaos and possibly harming an elderly shopper, Jack's imagination runs wild. Amidst the hospital boredom, he befriends fellow patients, leading to a series of hilarious and heartwarming adventures. Will Jack's fears come true, or is there more to the story than meets the eye?
