What is The Island of Adventure about?

During their summer holidays in Cornwall, Philip, Dinah, Lucy-Ann, Jack, and Kiki the parrot uncover sinister activities on the mysterious Isle of Gloom. Drawn by curiosity, they explore abandoned copper mines and secret sea tunnels, leading them into a perilous adventure filled with danger and excitement.
