Synopsis
Mr. Small is thrilled when the fair arrives in town, eager to enjoy the rides and treats. However, his tiny size means he's too small for the bumper cars, can't reach the candy floss, and is overlooked in the crowd. Feeling disheartened, Mr. Small wonders if he'll ever have fun at the fair. But when the animal trainer's show is cancelled, Mr. Small seizes the opportunity to step in, proving that even the smallest among us can achieve big dreams.
