Synopsis

Horace Norton is a kind and patient man who, starting on Monday, discovers a mouse has made a home in his hat. Each day, more animals join in—birds in his bicycle basket, a squirrel in his shoe, stoats in his satchel, and cats in his coat. By Saturday, his house is overrun, leading him to exclaim, "Enough is enough!" The animals leave, but on Sunday, Horace feels lonely. A surprise gift on Monday brings a delightful resolution.
