Synopsis

After his father's death, twelve-year-old Peer Ulfsson is sent to live with his malevolent uncles near Troll Fell, a mountain inhabited by trolls. Forced into servitude, Peer befriends Hilde, a spirited neighbour, and the Nis, a mischievous house spirit.
