Synopsis
Billy and Sheena Deep return to their uncle's floating lab in the Caribbean for another summer. This year, they encounter giant sea creatures, including enormous jellyfish and oversized goldfish. The siblings discover that a scientist named Dr. Ritter has been injecting a growth hormone into the local plankton, causing marine life to grow to monstrous sizes. As the creatures become increasingly dangerous, Billy and Sheena must find a way to stop Dr. Ritter's experiments before it's too late.
