Synopsis
Twelve-year-old Tiff adores her glamorous mum, Carla, who often brings home dazzling new items. However, Carla doesn't buy these things—she steals them. When Carla is caught and imprisoned, Tiff is sent to live with her estranged family on the remote island of Sark. Initially, Tiff finds the island dull, but she soon discovers the warmth and honesty of the islanders. As her mum's release approaches, Tiff worries about how their reunion will affect her newfound sense of belonging.
