Agent 9, a feline operative of the Super-Secret Spy Service, is on probation due to impulsive actions causing collateral damage. When the bumbling supervillain King Crab seizes S4 headquarters and plans to melt the polar ice caps to build a massive water park, Agent 9 and their robotic partner, FiN, are the only ones left to stop him. Can Agent 9 overcome their impulsive behaviour and save the world from a complete flood-a-geddon?
