Synopsis
Titchy-witch is thrilled about her new baby sister, Weeny-witch. However, she soon finds that babies can be noisy, smelly, and not as magical as she had hoped. Frustrated, Titchy-witch casts a spell to make her sister disappear, but it doesn't go as planned. With the help of her cat, Cat-a-Bogus, she learns an important lesson about family and the unintended consequences of magic.
