Synopsis

On a blustery day, Elmer and his cousin Wilbur play a trick on the other elephants by pretending Elmer is being blown away by the wind. The herd rushes to save him, only to discover it's all in good fun. Elmer reassures them that a hefty elephant like himself can't be swept away. However, when he attempts to prove it, he's unexpectedly carried off by the wind, leading to a surprising adventure!

David McKee was a brilliant British author and illustrator, best known for creating the colourful Elmer the Patchwork Elephant stories. His books are loved by children all around the world for their fun characters and important messages about being unique and accepting others. David McKee also created Mr Benn, another much-loved character from books and television.
