Helen and Hannah are thrilled when their dog Speckle becomes a father to three lively mongrel pups. However, training one of the pups, Toby, to be a sheepdog proves challenging. Instead of herding sheep, Toby chases them, causing chaos on their Lakeland farm. The twins must train Toby properly before the local farmers lose patience with his antics.
