George and Harold, two mischievous fourth-graders, are known for their pranks. When their new science teacher, Professor Pippy P. Poopypants, arrives at Jerome Horwitz Elementary, the boys can't resist mocking his unusual name. Enraged, the professor devises a scheme to force everyone to adopt equally silly names, leading to chaos. It's up to Captain Underpants to thwart the professor's plan and restore order.
