What is Birthday Boy about?

Sam Green, an 11-year-old who adores birthdays, wishes every day could be his birthday. To his amazement, his wish comes true, and he finds himself celebrating his birthday repeatedly. Initially, it's thrilling—endless presents, parties, and cake. However, as the days progress, the novelty wears off, and unforeseen problems arise, affecting his family and daily life. Sam soon realises that having too much of a good thing isn't always as wonderful as it seems.
