What is The Overlord Protocol about?

Otto Malpense and his friend Wing are permitted to leave the Higher Institute of Villainous Education to attend Wing's father's funeral. Unbeknownst to them, it's a trap set by Cypher, a ruthless supervillain seeking the Overlord Protocol, a device capable of world domination. When tragedy strikes, Otto, with the help of his allies, embarks on a perilous mission to thwart Cypher's plans and prevent global catastrophe.
