What is Frozen Billy about?

Clarrie and her brother Will live with their Uncle Len, a ventriloquist in a Victorian music hall. To boost the act, Will suggests a new performance involving himself and the eerie dummy, Frozen Billy. Initially, the plan brings excitement and success, but soon, unsettling events unfold, leading Clarrie to fear that their lives are spiralling out of control.
