What is Bill's New Frock about?

One morning, Bill Simpson wakes up to find he's become a girl! Forced to wear a frilly pink dress to school, Bill faces a day filled with unexpected challenges. From the school bully's whistles to being cast as Lovely Rapunzel in the play, he quickly realises how differently girls are treated. As the day unfolds, Bill's new frock becomes dirtier and tattier. How will it all end for him—or her?
