What is An Ice Surprise for Muddy about?

Muddy Waters is turning 200, and the boats of Thrupp are busy organising a secret birthday celebration at Tooley’s Boatyard. Everyone is determined to make the day special, but Dawn Chorus warns that a fierce winter storm is on its way. Soon, ice and snow begin to trap the canal, threatening to ruin the party. Can the boats work together to reach the boatyard and give Muddy the surprise he deserves before the frozen weather closes in?
