When a mother duck is killed in an accident, Jasmine and her best friend, Tom, rescue her unhatched eggs and place them in an incubator. After weeks of careful waiting, the ducklings emerge, including a lively little bird Jasmine names Button. Button soon becomes part of the family, racing around the farm and finding trouble wherever he goes. But when an adventure leaves him trapped and frightened, Jasmine and Tom must act quickly to bring their much-loved duckling safely home.
