What is Old Hat New Hat about?

A bear visits a hat shop in search of something new to wear. Hat after hat is tried on, but each one is too big, too small, too tall, too short, or simply not quite right. With playful repetition, rhyme and lively illustrations, the bear compares different hats and discovers that choosing the perfect one is not always easy. After a cheerful search, the answer turns out to be closer than expected: sometimes an old favourite is just right.
