What is The Hunter about?
Jamina loves pretending to be a hunter in the hot, dry African bush. But when she hears a lonely, desperate cry, she discovers a baby elephant beside its dead mother. Lost and frightened, the little elephant needs help, and Jamina bravely sets out to guide it towards safety. As they journey through the wild landscape, Jamina begins to understand the fear of being hunted and sees the terrible cost of killing animals. By the time she returns home, her ideas about hunters have completely changed.
