What is The Wonderful Journey about?
Sam’s Gran has decided to return to Africa, the land where she was born. Sam feels sad at the thought of her leaving, but Gran shows him that distance cannot end their special adventures. Together, they imagine flying over Africa as flamingos, resting beside a great lake and watching lions beneath the mountains. Before she goes, Gran teaches Sam that stories and imagination can take him anywhere, helping him remember her and share wonderful journeys whenever he closes his eyes.
