What is The Sulky Vulture about?

Boris the vulture is in a terrible mood. Nothing seems to go his way: the swing breaks, he cannot spot the zebra during hide-and-seek, and a game of catch ends with a rhinoceros chasing him. His friends try everything to cheer him up, but Boris keeps sulking. Even Mum’s warm hug fails to lift his spirits. Can anything make this grumpy vulture smile, or will Boris stay determinedly unhappy all day?
