What is The Hungry Cat about?

A very hungry cat sets off on an enormous feast. He eats one fish, two potatoes, three tomatoes and more, counting all the way up to ten juicy watermelons. But after such a tremendous meal, his tummy rebels and he is sick, bringing everything back in reverse order. Soon the cat is slim again—and hungry once more! With playful counting, silly surprises and a wonderfully greedy hero, this entertaining story invites children to join the cat’s feast from one to ten.
