What is Sun, Moon and Wind about?
Sun, Wind and Moon visit a lively food festival, where their mother, Star, asks them to bring something home for her. Sun and Wind are tempted by the delicious dishes and greedily eat nearly everything they find. Moon also enjoys the feast, but remembers Star and saves some food in a bag. When they return, Star discovers what each child has done. This gentle traditional tale explores kindness, thoughtfulness and the consequences of being selfish.
About the author
Jojo Clinch is a UK artist and illustrator who creates bright, colourful pictures for children’s books. She works in a garden studio near Brighton, where nature and everyday life inspire her. Her illustrations can be found in The Wind in the Willows, Sun, Moon and Wind, and Kew Treehouses Sticker Activity Book. She loves drawing animals and plants.
