What is Little Miss Sunshine Keeps her Smile about?

Little Miss Sunshine is cheerful every day, whatever happens. But Mr Grumpy cannot stand seeing her smile, so he makes a plan to put her in a bad mood. He tries one trick after another, from delaying her bus to cheating at cards and even dropping water on her. Yet Little Miss Sunshine stays kind and happy, while Mr Grumpy’s schemes keep going wrong. Can anything take away her smile, or will Mr Grumpy finally give up?

About the author

Roger Hargreaves was a British author and illustrator best known for creating the much-loved Mr. Men and Little Miss books. His colourful characters, like Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Sunshine, have entertained children all over the world. Roger enjoyed making stories that were fun, easy to read, and full of imagination.
