Synopsis
In Mister Land, a prolonged snowfall has left everyone feeling glum. Little Miss Sunshine, ever cheerful, sets out to lift their spirits. She encourages Mr. Worry to enjoy sledding, suggests to Mr. Greedy that a flooded house means endless fish and chips, and assures Little Miss Splendid that icicles complement her hat. With Mr. Tickle's help, who tickles everyone until they're laughing, the town's mood transforms, proving that a little sunshine can brighten even the coldest days.
