What is The Boat Race and Little Bear's Dragon about?

Little Bear and his toy friends are ready for two exciting adventures. First, they build boats and set off for a race along the stream, but a sudden gust of wind sends Little Bear sailing away from the others. Then, a fearsome dragon appears to be sleeping in the playroom. The toys must work out where it came from—and why it is wearing Little Bear’s trousers. With teamwork, imagination and plenty of surprises, the friends soon discover that things are not always what they seem.
