What is Ruby and the Naughty Cats about?

Ruby, Blue and Blanket are ready for a race, but five mischievous cats keep getting in the way. They spoil the picnic, dress up in the friends’ clothes and create a colourful mess with the paints. No matter what Ruby and her friends try, the cats cause more trouble. Then Blanket has a clever idea: perhaps the Naughty Cats should join in rather than be left out. With a little teamwork and fun, the troublesome kittens may become good cats after all.
