Pedro Pony is poorly, so Peppa and her friends visit him in hospital with Madame Gazelle. Pedro shows them around the children’s ward, where they meet friendly nurses and a doctor. The children learn what happens during a hospital visit, from checking in to enjoying the food. At first, hospital seems a little strange, but Pedro helps everyone feel relaxed. By the end of their visit, Peppa and her friends discover that hospitals are not frightening after all.
