What is The Gigantic Turnip about?
A farmer plants a tiny turnip, but it grows into a gigantic vegetable buried deep in the ground. He pulls and pulls, yet it will not budge. His wife joins him, followed by the animals on the farm—cows, pigs, cats, hens, geese and canaries. Still, the turnip stays put. At last, a little mouse lends a paw. With everyone working together, can this unlikely team finally pull the enormous turnip from the earth?
