Kipper is excited to babysit Pig's little cousin, Arnold, who is very quiet and always sucks his thumb. Kipper offers Arnold all his favourite toys to play with, but nothing seems to make Arnold smile. Just when Kipper is about to give up, he discovers the one thing that brings a big grin to Arnold's face.
